PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Originally constructed in 1900, Acquest collaborated closely with the New York State Historic Preservation Office to undertake a transformative renovation project that revitalized Buffalo’s 10-story South Tower. The South Tower was then seamlessly integrated with a newly built four-story North Tower.
This meticulous restoration effort resulted in today’s Olympic Towers, a Class A office building totaling 180,000 square feet. The project’s focal point is the striking combination of a historic brick South Tower and a modern glass-curtained North Tower, connected by an awe-inspiring four-story glass atrium known as The Galleria. Olympic Towers is now recognized as a National Landmark by the National Historic Register, and has received the prestigious 1997 BOMA Building Of The Year award. Thanks to the visionaries at Acquest, we were able to exemplify excellence in historic preservation and modern functionality.
