Description of Project:

Acquest Development spent 16 months working with Uniland Development to convert the former Thaddeus J. Dulski Federal Building into a state-of-the-art Mixed-Use facility. This 405,000 square foot building now consists of Class A Office space, Luxury residential Condominiums and an Embassy Suites Hotel.  Located at Two Hundred Delaware Avenue, Avant covers an entire city block between Elmwood Avenue and Delaware Avenue at West Huron.

Project Significance:

This project was the largest recycling project in Western New York's history.  Acquest with its partners removed several hundred tons of clean waste from the former Thaddeus J. Dulski Federal Building.  Sustainable design features such as the energy efficient curtain wall glass design which offers Avant's occupants the ability to enjoy abundant natural light while maintaining maximum efficiency.
